a.plus offers a seamless return experience.

Try your purchase at home and take your time to make a decision. If you don't like something, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The products must be in an unused condition and all labels still attached. If you ordered shoes, please make sure you return them with the shoe box intact and double wrapped. If the shoe box is damaged, we may have to deduct an amount from your refund according to our terms and conditions.

German customers can use an already paid return label from DHL enclosed with the order. For this use we charge a fee of 2,50€.

This fee is used to cover the shipping costs and to support our Allike Sustainability Program. This sustainability program helps the Allike Store and you as customers to make the world a little more sustainable. Important points are:

  • Planting trees for orders, returns, and reviews
  • Use of sustainable packaging materials
  • Sourcing green electricity for all our stores, our offices and warehouses, as well as for our servers.

To return an item, please pack the item securely and make sure it cannot be damaged in transit. Then send the item back at your own expense to:

Please be sure to pack the item in an additional box. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Any damage to the product (including packaging) may result in deductions for refund.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we are sincerely sorry. To resolve this as soon as possible, please contact our customer service.

We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

If you have cancelled your order, we will refund the amount paid to your payment method. This may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on your bank.

If you return your order, the processing of the return and refund may take 10-14 days.

Repeated returns:

In case of repeated returns (depending on time frame and number of returns - at a.plus store's discretion), we reserve the right to refuse further orders from you. An order may be cancelled by us if you have been identified as a customer with repeated returns. If we identify you, we will notify you by email about the closure of your account and further actions.
